CAMC welcomes nine new physicians to the health system:

Dr. Steven Berry

 

 

Steven L. Berry, MD, joins the department of emergency medicine.
Dr. Berry received his medical degree from West Virginia University
School of Medicine. He completed a pediatric residency at CAMC.

 

  

Dr. Howard Grodman

 

Howard M. Grodman, MD, joins the department of pediatrics specializing
in pediatric hematology/oncology. Dr. Grodman received his medical
degree from Albany Medical Center. He completed a pediatric residency
at Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo and a pediatric
hematology/oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
Dr. Grodman is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics with a subspecialty
in pediatric hematology/oncology.

 

 

Dr. Joshua Cusick-Lewis 

Joshua Cusick-Lewis, MD, MPH, joins the department of family practice. Dr. Cusick-Lewis graduated from West Virginia University School of Medicine. He completed a family medicine residency at CAMC. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

 

 

 

 

 

 Dr. Damian Maxwell

 

 

 Damian R. W. Maxwell, MD, joins the department of surgery specializing in pediatric surgery and general surgery. Dr. Maxwell received his medical degree from the University of the West Indies Medical School. He completed a general surgery residency at CAMC and a pediatric surgery fellowship at Montreal Children's Hospital. Dr. Maxwell is certified by the American Board of Surgery.

 

 

 

 

Dr. William McCormick 

William D. McCormick, MD, joins the department of orthopedics & rehabilitation specializing in orthopedic surgery. Dr. McCormick received his medical degree from The University of Western Ontario MedicalSchool. He completed an orthopedic surgery residency at University of Ottawa - The Ottawa Hospital. He completed an orthopedic upper limb fellowship at North Shore Hospital and a sports medicine and joint reconstruction fellowship at University of British Columbia at University of British Columbia Hospital. Dr. McCormick is certified by the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons - Orthopedic Surgery.

 

 

 

Dr. Keyur Patel

 

 

Keyur Arun Patel, MD, joins the department of medicine as a Hospitalist. Dr. Patel received his medical degree from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and completed a medicine/ pediatrics residency at CAMC.

 

 

 

 

Dr. James Spears 

 

James F. Spears, II, MD, joins the department of emergency medicine specializing in urgent care medicine. Dr. Spears received his medical degree from the Marshall University School of Medicine and completed a familypractice residency at United Hospital Center in Clarksburg. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

 

 

 

 Dr. Christopher Wilson

 

 

Christopher J. Wilson, DO, joins the department of medicine as a Hospitalist. Dr. Wilson received his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internal medicine residency at Grandview Hospital & Medical Center.

 

 

 

 Dr. Anca Zegrean

 

Anca Iona Zegrean, MD, joins the department of medicine specializing in nephrology. Dr. Zegrean received her medical degree from The University of Medicine and Pharmacy. She completed an internal medicine residency at Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago. She completed a nephrology fellowship at University of Illinois Hospital. Dr. Zegrean is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
