| Multidisciplinary collaborative approach to patient care. Education of patients and families is a primary focus. Positive patient outcomes are achieved through a progressive educational program including active participation by physicians, staff, patients and family members. Our goal is to restore and maintain an optimal state of well-being. We offer a work environment conducive to learning in order to assist staff in growth and development through education, certification, career-ladder advancement and personal goals. Our patient population includes adult to geriatric medical-surgical clients requiring cardiac monitoring, invasive monitoring and/or a high degree of nursing care. |
