HFS has contacts with all major payers, which allows its staff to optimize recoveries on accounts where insurance information is discovered. HFS requires its collection staff to complete a six-month probationary training process. Collectors also are certified on FDCPA (collection) laws. They are regularly monitored for quality assessment to assure adherence to all state and federal laws. HFS collectors have a full understanding of the complex world of third party payers. They intelligently investigate all methods of payments.
