As a graduate nurse, you will become part of the CAMC Nurse Residency Program!
CAMC’s RN Residency Program provides a staged orientation process for new nurses to begin their career with confidence. The five-stage program is designed for RNs who have recently graduated and/or have less than one year of clinical experience to provide them with the skills and knowledge they need to successfully transition from student to professional nurse.
Throughout the six-month program, nurse residents work through the various stages as they develop their clinical, communication, leadership and technical skills in a safe learning environment.
