CAMC’s Cardiac Rehabilitation department hosted a ribbon cutting for its newly renovated space April 19.
Now located in Suite B1 of the Medical Staff Office Building at Memorial Hospital, the location is more convenient and offers eight designated parking spaces close to the front door for cardiopulmonary rehab patients.
A registration office has been added so patients can register in the department, making it a “one-stop-shop.”
A new walking track was added, making it easier for staff to complete six-minute walk tests. The track also serves as an exercise rotation for patients unable to walk on a treadmill.
