Joey Toms, Resource Center for Case Management, is always willing to help when and where she’s needed. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that she is committed to the team.

Toms makes sacrifices like working extra when needed, doing the daily coverage for the case managers, gives positive and constructive feedback, when necessary, and is always kind-hearted. 

Toms worked on 4 South, Memorial Hospital, during the implementation of geographical rounding, sacrificing time away from her own unit to make sure rounding is running smoothly. She also teaches case managers and social workers how this will be implemented to ensure a consistent process throughout the organization.

Toms is willing to drop whatever she is doing to help someone in need without hesitation. She is an excellent employee who truly cares about others and the services she provides, and she has a deep compassion for her fellow co-workers.
