CAMC cut the ribbon on the newest additions to its mobile medicine fleet, a 36-foot mobile mammography vehicle and a 48-foot mobile CT lung screening unit.
Both units also are comprehensive care clinics and were generously funded by Aetna Better Health® of West Virginia.
These units expand Vandalia Health’s ability to reach patients who need specialized care throughout West Virginia. The other units already in use include an ambulatory and telemedicine clinic, a unit specializing in at-risk individuals, addiction care and women’s medicine services and a mobile education and training lab for nurses
