The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition emphasizes access, health information technology and coordinated care focused on patients. This recognition shows that CAMC Primary Care Nitro, the CAMC Employee Wellness Center, CAMC Primary Care Winfield, CAMC Primary Care Teays Valley and the CAMC Family Medicine Center have the tools, systems and resources to provide its patients with the right care, at the right time.
