In 2024, CAMC University celebrates providing 20 years of organization and talent development services across the system. During the past 20 years, CAMC University has offered hundreds of educational opportunities, serving thousands of learners.
As CAMC has grown over the years, so have CAMC University’s offerings. The University has partnered with leaders across the organization’s footprint to provide strategic internal consultative and facilitative support in the areas of change, coaching, leadership and employee development, facilitation, meeting planning and design, teambuilding, process improvement and performance management.
“I really enjoyed the public speaking mini lunch series one hour workshop sessions,” said LaTausha L. Taylor, MS, Director, Office of Grants Development and Compliance. “One of my favorite CAMC University courses was Crucial Conversations. It should be a required course.”
In recognition of the 20th anniversary, watch for monthly celebrations highlighting the services and development opportunities available. Also, the University wants to recognize the previous and current network of resources across CAMC, including faculty members, cadre members, HR business partners and leadership, who have enabled them to provide meaningful services to CAMC Health System employees.
