Tangible Coaching is an interactive leadership development course offered by CAMC University that uses elements of emotional intelligence to develop the leader's coaching skills. The 10 leaders are nominated for participation by their supervisor for the five-month course.
The course kicked off at the Hospitality House Aug. 3 with an experiential learning exercise.
