CAMC kicked off a year-long program for leadership development for the chief residents of the different residency programs. The program is called “Hail to the Chiefs.”
The rising chief residents were able to meet with CAMC physician and administrative leaders.
The intent of this program is to begin a mentoring relationship with chief residents and executive leaders. Additionally, mentors and mentees were paired together with the hope that these relationships thrive and continue to grow.
