The CAMC Institute for Academic Medicine hosted 17 residency and fellowship program graduations in May and June.

Sixty-three residents and fellows completed their training in CAMC and CAMC Greenbrier Valley Medical Center programs in 2024.

About one-third of the graduates will remain in West Virginia to practice or continue training. Nearly half of those remaining in West Virginia will be working at a hospital within the Vandalia Health System.

Two graduates were from new CAMC programs that started in 2023 – Interventional Cardiology and Internal Medicine Pharmacy.

CAMC recently welcomed 77 new residents, fellows and interns.
