Three Cancer Center offices pooled their resources to provide holiday meals for some of CAMC’s sickest patients.
All three offices - Charleston, GYN/ONC and Teays Valley Cancer Center - selected 10 critically ill patients and provided a complete Thanksgiving meal for them and their families.
Nurse practitioners, along with Bev Farmer, Kelly Bowen and Donna Tittle, bought 10 turkeys, and the staff made sides that were given to each patient the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.
