The person who nominated Chad Small, Pharmacy Manager, and Philip Kennedy, Pharmacist at General Hospital, said they both go above and beyond with the quality they show in their daily routines of filling prescriptions for employees and patients on discharge.
According to the nomination, they always exhibit stewardship in ways to help decrease cost for customers and make recommendations when asked.
They are efficient and demonstrate CAMC’s Core Values daily. Their compassion to their customers is consistently shown.
Small and Kennedy not only help patients with current needs but also look to patients’ future needs and take the time to have discussions with patients to fully understand their needs.
