Kaysha Good is a Surgical Technician in Memorial Hospital surgery department.
She was in the visitor parking garage at the end of her shift and heard muffled screaming from an unknown direction. Good searched through the parking garage until she was able to locate an elderly gentleman who had fallen and was unable to get up. She was able to get assistance from another employee to get the man up.
The other employee secured a wheelchair. Good was able to encourage the patient to go to the emergency room because he had visible injuries and some medical concerns he shared with her. Good took the man to the emergency room and stayed with him
