Pamela Ballard is a phlebotomist.
According to her nomination, she continuously goes above and beyond for all of her patients and co-workers. There is not a single day that she does not check with the nurses, lab team and auxiliary staff to see if she can help in any way.
Ballard is incredibly skilled at her job and has an excellent bedside manner. She talks to and treats patients as if they are her own family and she sometimes helps nursing staff by washing patients’ hands or cleaning patients before obtaining labs.
Co-workers describe her as very professional, compassionate, pleasant, attentive and ready to work.
