Zelma Carr-Hearns is a Patient Account Representative for LabWorks.

In September and October, for every game day Friday she pops popcorn for the staff, giving each staff member their own bag.
She decorates her hallway for every holiday, and recently decorated all the office doors for Halloween.
She also has purchased a large plastic goose, which she buys seasonal outfits for and calls the “mascot” of LabWorks.
Carr-Hearns brings fun and energy to the workplace to increase employee morale and make the office a better place to work, which makes her the heart and soul of CAMC.
