Heart & Soul: Marquita Wills

Marquita Wills is an administrative Assistant at Memorial Hospital. 

She consistently goes above and beyond for the Employee Activities Committee at the hospital. 

She takes care of most of the events that are held for the staff. The snacks, gifts, drinks, decorations and items given to staff are because Marquita organized, ordered, tracked and put everything together with the help of the Employee Activities Committee. 

Wills is the first person at every event and the last one to leave. She ensures everything that is borrowed is returned to the appropriate department and any space used for events is always clean. 

Wills not only does an exceptional job but is also an exceptional person. She anticipates what needs to be done and is always willing to help with a smile.
